James Zarley serves as executive chairman of the board of ValueClick, Inc. From his arrival in 1999 until May 2007, Mr. Zarley served as chairman and chief executive officer of ValueClick and shaped the company into a global leader in online marketing solutions. Mr. Zarley brings over 30 years senior management experience, with the last ten years focused on internet related businesses. Prior to joining ValueClick, Mr. Zarley was chief operating officer of Hiway Technologies, where he was a leading member of the management team that closed the merger with Verio in 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Zarley was chairman and chief executive officer of Best Internet until he merged it with Hiway Technologies in 1998. Mr. Zarley also founded and later sold Quantech Information Services, now an ADP company. In addition, he spent 19 years at RCA in various senior management roles.

Tom Vadnais was named ValueClick's chief executive officer in May 2007. Mr. Vadnais joined ValueClick in October 2001 through the Company's acquisition of Mediaplex, where he was president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors. Mr. Vadnais became a member of the ValueClick board of directors in October 2001 and also has held general manager roles for the Company’s Mediaplex technology and Commission Junction affiliate marketing businesses. In June 2006, Mr. Vadnais was promoted to the role of president of ValueClick's U.S. operations.
Mr. Vadnais' experience prior to ValueClick includes positions as: president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Data Processing Resources Corporation; president and chief executive officer of Tascor, Inc.; a member of Norrell's board of directors; and a member of the board of directors of Traffic.com. In addition, Mr. Vadnais held various management roles, such as vice president of operations and assistant to the chairman and CEO during his 23-year tenure at IBM.
Mr. Vadnais holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master's degree in business administration from Golden Gate University. Mr. Vadnais is a graduate of The University of Virginia Darden School of Business Executive Program and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Carl White is ValueClick, Inc.'s chief executive officer, Europe. Mr. White is responsible for the overall management and growth of ValueClick's European operations in the company's London, Munich, Paris and Stockholm offices. Prior to joining ValueClick in 2001, Mr. White served as the chief operating officer of 24/7 Europe where he was responsible for media and technology businesses in 13 countries. He was also a publisher for BBC Worldwide, managing commercial and editorial teams across a number of magazine titles, as well as UK multimedia projects, including "Walking with Dinosaurs." Additionally, Mr. White held sales management positions at Gruner and Jahr, Media Week and Centaur Communications.

John Pitstick is ValueClick, Inc.'s chief financial officer and manages the company's worldwide finance and facilities functions. Mr. Pitstick joined ValueClick in 2005 and served as the company’s executive vice president of finance prior to his promotion to Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Prior to joining ValueClick, Mr. Pitstick was a senior manager in the audit practice of Ernst & Young, where he served both public and private companies in the high technology industry for nearly ten years.
Mr. Pitstick is a certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco.

Peter Wolfert is ValueClick Inc.'s chief technology officer, responsible for managing all the engineering and technology resources. His expertise in management information systems allows ValueClick to engineer and develop cutting-edge technologies that lead the industry and serve a multitude of clients. Prior to joining ValueClick in 2000, Mr. Wolfert was the senior vice president and director of information technology for Mellon Capital Management and served as senior vice president of information technology at AIM Funds in San Francisco. He has also served as senior vice president of information technology at Trust Company of the West.

As chief operating officer of ValueClick, Inc.’s U.S. media division, David A. Yovanno oversees the company’s display advertising, lead generation and comparison shopping business units. Mr. Yovanno joined ValueClick in March 2000 and has held a number of management positions, including general manager of ValueClick Media, prior to his appointment as COO in 2007. He is a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) board of directors. Prior to joining ValueClick, Mr. Yovanno served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy and chief information officer for a naval hospital in the Pacific Northwest. He has also held project management roles in the information technology division of St. Joseph Health System. Mr. Yovanno holds a B.B.A. in marketing and an M.H.S.A. from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C. |

Scott Barlow has served as ValueClick Inc.'s vice president and general counsel since 2001. In his role as the company's chief legal officer, Mr. Barlow is responsible for the management and review of ValueClick's worldwide legal department. In addition, Mr. Barlow is the company's board secretary, a position he has held since 2002. In 2004, the Pacific Coast Business Times named Mr. Barlow to its "40 under forty" class of the top business executives under the age of 40. In 2007, the San Fernando Valley Business Journal named Mr. Barlow to its "40 under forty" class as well as honoring him as one of the featured attorneys in its "Top 25 Lawyers of the Valley" edition. Prior to ValueClick, Mr. Barlow served as general counsel and secretary for Mediaplex, Inc., where he served as a key member of the management team during the acquisition of Mediaplex by ValueClick in 2001. Mr. Barlow also spent four years as a senior litigation associate with Raifman & Edwards, LLP, a San Francisco based law firm.
Mr. Barlow graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and juris doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law.

G. Scott Piotroski is the General Manager of Webclients.net and oversees the operations for ValueClick Media’s Lead Generation Network, one of the largest in the industry. Mr. Piotroski joined Webclients.net in 2000 and has served as both Controller and Chief Financial Officer. In 2003 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, taking on additional operational roles within the Company. As COO Mr. Piotroski was responsible for the implementation of new marketing mechanisms and optimization of the Company’s current lines of business, and led the Company’s effort to critically analyze and improve the operations of each department. Prior to joining Webclients.net, Mr. Piotroski was a Certified Public Accountant and employed by KPMG, a leading national accounting firm. His areas of expertise included audit, financial forecasting and corporate/individual taxation.

As general manager of Commission Junction, Kerri Pollard oversees all of its U.S. operations. Ms. Pollard originally joined affiliate marketing solutions provider BeFree in 1999, prior to its acquisition by ValueClick and subsequent merger with Commission Junction in 2003. During her eight-year tenure with BeFree and Commission Junction, she managed the teams responsible for advertiser and publisher client development. In her most recent role as vice president of client development-east, Ms. Pollard managed the east coast account teams responsible for Commission Junction's top-performing clients. Prior to Commission Junction, Ms. Pollard operated in a sales capacity at consulting firm Keane, Inc., and i-Cube (now Avenue A/Razorfish).

Ann Hoey is the general manager of Mediaplex. In her role, Ms. Hoey is responsible for driving Mediaplex’s strategic roadmap for all aspects of the business, including sales, product management, client services and operations. Ms. Hoey brings more than fifteen years of operational, sales, marketing and management experience to Mediaplex. Prior to joining Mediaplex, Ms. Hoey was a brand manager at Levi Strauss & Company where she developed and executed integrated marketing programs for the Levi’s Brand.

Sean Quick is the general manager of Mediaplex Systems, where he is responsible for the overall operations and strategic growth of the division. Since 1998, Mr. Quick has held a number of management positions at Mediaplex including, director of technical services and sr. director of product management. Mr. Quick is highly-regarded for his knowledge and expertise in the fields of product management, online advertising, and e-mail marketing.

John Ardis joined ValueClick in March 2000 and serves as vice president of corporate strategy, where he is responsible for the development and management of strategic clients, as well as for the development of integrated client solutions across all of ValueClick's various businesses. From March 2000 to July 2001 Mr. Ardis served as ValueClick's vice president of marketing and managed the Company's public relations, advertising/promotions, and market research initiatives. Prior to joining ValueClick, Mr. Ardis gained more than eleven years of data-driven direct marketing experience with database marketing firm Customer Development Corporation - now ChoicePoint Precision Marketing - where he held vice president and managing director positions and was responsible for client development and management, as well as being involved in corporate strategy.
